Hengke Casting is a comprehensive industrial company of BV Certified Company of Switzerland Right Angle Bend. The company covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. Annual output value of 10 million yuan, fixed assets of more than 50 million yuan. We offer custom service for all BV Certified Company of Switzerland Right Angle Bend.
We are casting for architectural hardware accessories, marine parts, automobile parts, etc. These are all can be made by investment casting. The lost wax casting features are suitable for complex shapes, multiple materials, and mass production.
Die casting and CNC machining are two widely used manufacturing processes for precision metal components. There are significant differences in many areas, especially in production efficiency, cost control, product precision, and applications. Many customers may have doubts in selecting die casting or CNC machining for their designed parts. CFS Foundry is a professional die casting and CNC machining manufacturer with
Dongying hengke precision metal co., ltd is established in 1988 with a registered capital of 5 million Yuan.It covers an area of 48000 square meters with a building area of 30000 square meters. The company has 240 stuff including more than 38 technicians. Our company specializes in casting and machining.Annual production capacity reaches 1800 tons,Silica sol is used in the production line.Castings can be poured in stainless steel, heat resistant steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous alloy material.Company products are mainly used in automobiles, fluid chemical industry, food machinery, building hardware, medical equipment, industrial locks, electrical equipment, Petroleum equipment, heat treatment equipment, etc.The company owns 220 sets of various types of precision casting equipment, 60 sets of machining equipment and a variety of testing equipment including a hardness tester, a tensile testing machine, an ultrasonic wave detector, a spectrum analyzer, and a CMM coordinate measuring machine. At present more than 95% of products exported to the European Union, the United States, Japan, Australia and Taiwan and other countries and regions.
There are many testing equipment, for example, spectrum machine, three dimensional inspection machine, projector, hardness test machine(HR), hardness test machine(BR), tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, dynamic balancing machine, salt spraying tester, X-ray inspection equipment, ultrasonic inspection machine, magnetic detection equipment, staining test, metallography microscope, pressure testing device and many kinds of general inspection gauges. Meanwhile, our company also has special gauges of our own design.

How Investment Casting Works
Investment casting, also known as “lost wax casting”, usually involves coating the surface of a wax pattern with several layers of refractory material. After it hardens and dries, the wax pattern is melted away to form a mold shell. The liquid metal material is then poured into the shell, after cooling, it is solidified to obtain the desired cast parts.
Since the parts made from investment casting process have high dimensional accuracy and surface finish, it is also called “precision investment casting”. The types of alloys that can be produced by investment casting include carbon steel, alloy steel, heat-resistant alloys, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys and nickel based alloys, etc.
The shapes of investment castings are generally complex. At CFS Foundry, the minimum diameter of the holes that can be cast can reach 0.5mm, and the minimum wall thickness of the castings is 3mm. In production, some parts that were originally composed of several parts can be combined. By changing the structure of the part, the design becomes an integral part, it is directly cast by investment casting, so as to save both production time and material cost, which makes the part structure more reasonable.
Investment castings typically weigh between 20g and 60kgs. While it is possible to produce heavier castings, it becomes more challenging and the sand casting process may be a more suitable alternative in such cases.
